These terms cover your use of this website and our text messaging program. Renting a unit is covered separately by the rental agreement you sign at the time.
Using this site
Unit sizes and prices shown here are cash rates and are a starting point, not a quote. Card payments are slightly higher. Availability changes through the day, so the price and availability shown on a location’s rental page at the moment you rent are the ones that apply. We try to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that every detail is current.
Text messaging program
Program name: Storage Kings Account Notifications. If you give us your mobile number we may send you text messages about your storage account. These include payment reminders and confirmations, notices about gate or unit access, and replies to questions you send us. This is a customer care and account notification program, not a marketing program.
You opt in by giving us your mobile number when you rent a unit, when you update your account details, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of renting a unit or of any purchase.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account. Most customers receive only a handful of messages a month.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and then no further texts. Opting out does not affect your rental or your access to your unit.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
How we handle the information you give us, including your mobile number, is set out in ourprivacy policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Renting a unit
Your rental is month to month and is governed by the rental agreement you sign, together with Pennsylvania law covering self storage facilities. That agreement covers what you may and may not store, insurance, what happens if payment falls behind, and the notice we must give you. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.
You are responsible for keeping your gate code to yourself, for locking your unit, and for insuring what you store. Do not store anything living, perishable, flammable, explosive, illegal, or anything that would be dangerous or a nuisance to other customers.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top.
